Play: Bear flag

Had a failed break out, double top, broke its ma's, waited for it to bear flag and once it broke again, got in for flush. Didn't get filled by a few cents at first target so kept it. When it pullback and couldn't go back to lows and SPY was bouncing, I took out flat as the panic no longer was there.

Reasons to sell: SPY bounce, no panic, gave it 30mns with pb without a flush
