overall solid day
ruined it all by trading after lunch even though daily result had been achieved
- lesson learned: do not trade out of boredom, do not trade when greed takes over
trade after break
was doing other things at the same time
was not really focused on practicing at this point
need to learn to focus and not be distracted
this is what happens when too early
almost no chance to get out without a loss in the short term
