Macys had earnings today. It could not hold above 42.25 around the open. About 9:15 It started to hold above its 9ema and VWAP and both moving averages had been right below the stock price forcing it to pick a direction. Watching the tape buyers were taking control. I bought 5 options contracts and expected it to move to the day high 44. I got a move higher and sold into strength. I should have held the first set of contracts into 43. Otherwise good trade.
