Accidentally hit “Sell” button twice when I tried to exit from the previous trade.

When price hit 1% target, I covered 33 shares. Then the price hit the stop loss price, all shares were covered. I realized total 133 shares were covered instead of 68. It turned out that I sold 33 more shares instead of buying. Traded like a headless chicken from the start to the end.
