9:57:39 SPY L200s discretion R11c Exit@-12c Consolidation break going to try and hold for HOY. Took this out of consolidation and we got the pop. I failed to peel half and then bag held this one as I waited for the pop. Moved my stop down to a more “logical” level on this poor form and rule break

I'm glad that you wrote "rule break". The trade looks brilliantly executed swing trade on a 5m chart which is far from the 24s... It looked good, it just didn't seem like one of your trades.

I do watch for triggers on the 5m, and respect them / try to get in for them. I just had too much conviction that this was a good 5m setup and tried to hold too long
