Entry: Bear flag, entered with small position size because it was extended, and scaled up as pullback seemed to be orderly. Scaled in a little more on a small spike later (after reducing position size to take profits).
Exit: Reduce risk, profit, then all out when down-trend reversed (exit order took a long time to fill).
