AMD traded into pre-market highs with a very weak bid. Volume was dying and I was confident we wouldn't be able to break the range.
The consolidation LOOKED bullish, but the tape was telling a different story. The L2 would have abnormal orders go through with bearish reactions to it. This led me to believe we were distributing.
After getting short, I covered some into the 5m 21 ema. I re-shorted the move up, covered the move back down. Once AMD couldn't hold its 5m 21 ema (closed below on 5m), I fought for my entry and added short. I covered half into VWAP and closed the rest once we reclaimed VWAP.
