I might have gotten in this stock kind of late but I was thinking it was going to short when it went against me I shorted this stock. When saw a second play I played it but it moved so fast I miss to get out

I can see how there might be patterns indicating plays for this either way, if you look at the 5 minute chart. On the 1 minute chart, though, it looks like it made higher highs and higher lows starting at about 10am, signaling the start of an up-trend.
You actually had a great entry point, if you'd seen the uptrend and entered for a long. This is true in most of your trades today - your entry points were really good, you just reversed the plays.
I went through this a lot early on, and I still have some days where it seems if I just reversed all my positions I'd have an awesome day. So maybe you're just getting a little mentally or emotionally stuck on trying to find a play a particular direction. If that's the case, any time you see a play and you're about to enter it, take another 1-2 minutes, and actively consider whether it would be better to enter the play the other direction. Make a case for each direction, and see which one makes more sense. And if they both make sense, then it may be a play which could go either way - which means you might want to stay out of it until you get confirmation of which way it's going to go.
