short off pb from gap down, above vwap but looked good, TICK<0 and TRIN>1 though TRIN close to 1. SPY seemed to be reversing on 5m

I scaled half at the first target, then more as it pushed lowre. I was too slow closing out the last bit as it reversed, should have at least hit it at .32 from the way it was behaving. I have deer-in-headlights too often on setups and on the trail.

Another option may be to just sell half on the 2nd scaleouts, I think they tend to be good spots and holding 1/4 rarely pays enough extra to be worth it.
