I didn’t trade ADTN well. My plan was to short ADTN at 12 when it broke it and pulled back in to the level. I was missing patience on this trade. I saw how quickly it went down in the morning and thought it would continue its trend down. I ended up shorting at the 11.5 support level. What’s even more disappointing is it actually traded back up to 12 but I still didn’t follow my plan and shorted it at 12. Would have been a nice trade if I had been patient and followed my plan.

The lessons I learned from trading this today are:
1. Be patient and don’t trade until after 10:15am
2. Have conviction in your plan and follow through
