Intel, even though had good earnings and raised guidance, trended down all morning to below yesterdays low where it caught some bids at 51.55. I had tried to long it from yesterdays low level of 51.75. I decided to wait for confirmation of bounce and I got in at 52.07 with a stop at 51.97 thinking that since the uptrend started 52 is a good psychological level to play against. I got stopped out and Intel proceeded to trade lower up until it caught the 51.55 bids. I did follow my plan so far just didn’t execute at the correct level. I’m now waiting for a higher low to form before going long again. Intel ended up trading lower the rest of the day and was very weak. After reviewing the news, I think this was due to them selling one of their business segments to Apple?
