Reading the Tape
I watched the tape before taking these trades. I could not see anything holding or any large clusters of orders.

Trade Review
• I traded this a little larger than normal on what seemed like solid consolidation above level
• Kept tight stops due to larger size… good risk management on these losses,
• I needed to take the third run at 18.50
• I could have set the initial stop below 18.40 losses would have been about the same if it stopped below there and prevent the additional attempt and change my short term bias.
• I could have longed this just as it started to move away from 18.40 for another the third run and had about 4 cents of risk on that last trade
• I feel good about this because this goes to show that sometimes good risk management means taking multiple small losses before catching the move.

Preparation 7 10 I had several levels to work with and I knew why this was moving in such a positive manner
Hard Work 7 10 I did wait for this to consolidate and started taking positions as it looked that it was going to pick a direction.
Patience 3 10 No.. I feel like I should have waited for the next candle to confirm a possible break above the VWAP. Plus, I feel like I need a little more patience and wait for the momentum that happened after getting stopped out.
Plan 3 10 I know how to play these consolidation at support. So.. not on plan there.
Discipline 5 10 Yes.. taking it as I saw it and stopping quickly.. I did need to roll with the momentum after the price closed firmly above VWAP
