great entries..u need to develop a reasons to sell list.. u should always have a reason to sell somtimes all it takes a quick breath and to really think it though am i selling here because i need to or am supposed to..or am i just trading and flipping stocks around in the heat without really any purpose

yeah , there was really no reason to sell...I could have sold some but I suppose I sold them bc I saw the spy was bouncing and that freaked me out a little.
