thought it would've kept on going, resistance level was supposed to be higher.
volume dropped and became a complete turd.
Even the flag setup later was a complete wash, summer time trading I guess

You want to anticipate the breakout. Buy the stock within the base to limit risk or just as it is starting to breakout of it base.
