Today, I was $3K profitable before 10:30AM, and then I got sloppy. I ended up with a net positive day of $60.00 (after climbing up from the red hole). No need to overtrade, Martha. You can relax after you earn $3K in less than two-hours. It's OK to stop, stretch and then resume your trading day with a clearer head.
