10:52:42 AMD S200s AMD tracking with the SPY, we had break above VWAP but re tested it 3 times. On the 4th test I shorted on the break of the VWAP at a swing. Held though some pullback, but SPY stayed in agreement (spy was weaker) we got a break lower in the SPY, but it was bought up. When I saw this I bailed on my position because of the Bear Trap happening in the SPY. This might have been too quick of an exit and me trying to preserve profits, but I did think “bear trap” as I hit my bail key. If it had only been a minor hesitation before going lower, I would have been kicking myself. Unsure on this one.
I think I should have just not taken this trade. there was too much against it.
