Moving the stock though is news of dual probes by the DOJ and SEC in regards to the company's accounting practices. The leak of the probes comes just days after CEO Kevin Plank announced his departure from an operating role at the company."

Was thinking maybe this was overextended to downside and Under Armor's core business wasn't effected was just accounting investigation. This prob is worse than I thought, huge question as to how bad teh investigation could turn out to be, plus they guided down so could this really get into an all day trend?

Saw this remount VWAP and break above the mini consolidation where I got long a starter, gets up to huigh and rejects where it comes back down to VWAP again and holds with some buying volume. we get another push that fails.

Stop is moved to 18 level after last push up.

Sets up for a short which I will playbook now. Stock now gets below VWAP where the average long is under water, overall catalyst is bad, and rejects VWAP twice. Will PLaybook this. RVOL was super elevated again and xfactor was high.
