Why did I want to take the trade?

Sold off to 180 SMA, bought for the bounce.

What did I see?

It held support there well, but I tried to sell on the ask right away, was moving too slow for me. Was afraid it would flush down.

What was the downside potential?

Flush down.

What was the upside potential?

Squeeze to the next resistance, 14.00

How did I manage the trade?

Very poorly. Wasnt watching the chart. Was trying to get out on ASK immediately after buying. Didnt even wait for next candle.

What was I feeling at the time?

Anxious because of how slow the stock was moving. I got filled nicely too.

What did I do wrong?

Wasnt watching chart. Sold too soon again. Way too soon.

What did I do right?

Bought as soon as green showed on SMA.

How can I improve in the future?

I seriously need to hold my trades longer. I keep cutting myself short, because when I see that the ASK doesnt fill, I start to panic and think there is no momentum. I had no target in my mind. Didnt even wait for shorts to cover. Complete waste of a trade, and now red on the day simply because I didnt wait even 1-2 minutes to sell. Very annoyed with myself but it's all my fault. I'm hoping today's experience really forces me to hold.
