Notable firm/analyst downgrade news and volume in the pre-market.

Got flat quickly after my later entry because I didn't see the follow through on the break of LOD. The tape didn't lead with heavy prints or bids dropping. The next attempt to break the LOD was more pronounced. I didn't trade it as I was watching CLVS with a trade setting up. SPY was also notably pulling back from the opening highs.

Noting ROKU followed through after breaking the initial low at the open 4 minutes after. The high at open can be used as a stop for the short.
