Holding above 4.50 is bullish, could squeeze
-Day 1: Lots of sellers from 4.70 to 5.00
-Day 1: consolidation all day, POC and VWAP is 4.50
-Day 2: PM Parabolic into yesterdays POC then faded all day
-Levels: 3.70, 4, 4.50, 4.90-5
Original plan was to panic pop short PM high of 4.20, trade turned into a parabolic short and I moved my orders up to 4.40s.
Trade made me sweat. I had an idea of adding when it got to 4.50s but I just couldn't bring myself to add to my position. This trade gave me an idea of a new setup based on the previous days POC.
Lessons Learned: When a stock gaps down then trends back up to the previous days POC, its a good idea to short!
