stock had broken down on the daily on earnings. pulled back to resistance on the daily. went short on a flag break but it could not crack 36 and uturned on me almost straight away and stopped out.

@nape. i appreciate the critique but dont really understand what you mean by "notice how it started to round up" as it looked like it was bear flagging to me.

You see how that 36 area was getting defended and the dips were getting bought each time it got closer to breaking 36. That's price action working for the bulls. 36 was now a key level of support. It needed to break 36 in order for short idea to work. Instead it started basing and it coiled up.. http://screencast.com/t/Sm3D8Lz8V58
