Trade Details:
I was watching this stock while i was in SVRA. I entered at 1.12 to go long for a late day push to hod and above. I saw some buyers coming in on the L2 and put in an order 2 cents higher. This stock was consolidating above VWAP. I shouldve waited for the pullback but it was already late in the day and thought it would move quick. I got the entry with a plan to hold this until eod or until I had a reason to sell. I sold half into the high of day on strength up to 1.20. It was a quick scalp but one good trade. The volume decreased just before the close so I got out to be safe. I just wanted to catch any momentum eod.

My Mood Today and How I Dealt With It:
I was calm and focused today, I wanted to just have a good trade.

- I kept calm so I could listen to myself and focus on my trade
- I ate some lunch and was feeling good but I had some distractions around me at home.
- I really wanted to focus on being patient today and not overly excited to trade

Comments:
I felt comfortable in this trade, my risk was minimal and I just wanted a quick trade before the market closed. I was not planning on holding this over night. I didn't know enough about the stock to feel comfortable holding this POS overnight. I stuck to my plan and the trade gave me a small gain.

What I Did Well:
- Read the tape accurately, saw buyers breaking above intraday support with increasing volume
- Quickly identified a potential late day long play
- Didn't hesitate to jump on the momentum
- Recognized this stock has the potential to squeeze high.
- Took profits quick; didn't hold and hope.
- I was conscious of my emotion and focused on making a good trade.

What I Didn't do Well:
- I didn't meditate in the morning to make myself feel balanced and better focused.
- I didn't read over my notes to prepare
- Didn't read the news or its SEC filings for any additional information that could be helpful in making a decision.

How I Will Improve:
- I am going to make a timer to make sure I meditate early in the morning
- I'm going to create a list of my biggest trading mistakes and direct all my focus on fixing whichever one is most detrimental currently instead of trying to fix everything at once
- I need to work on scanning the sec filings of the company prior to entering the stock. If i am watching the stock and not in a momentum play I have no reason not to scan and read its current sec filing.

Biggest weakness(es)/fault(s) on this trade?:
- I needed to know more about the stock to determine if this could've been a swing trade.

How I will improve upon these:
- I am going to read scan through the filings of a company if i have the time while watching the stock and not active in a trade. This will allow me to have a much better understanding of any potential large move to the long or short side.
- Read the entire news article prior to entering the trade.

How I'm Going to do More of What Worked:
- I'm going to continue to take profits along the trade and only sell if i have a reason to sell or if i get stopped out.

Biggest Lesson(s) Learned:
- I have to be quick to take gains once i decide this is a quick trade with a dead line of market close. Don't overstay my welcome to PM if i don't know enough about the stock.

What Else I Saw/Almost Traded Real-Time:
- I was watching this stock while I was trading SVRA. I was waiting for the price to break 1.10 before my focus shifted to VIVE.

I am a casino. I have a slight edge, therefore I will place little importance on the outcome of the next trade(s). The market is composed of a high degree of randomness and uncertainty. I am not in a battle with the market, the market is not against me - I am merely in a battle against myself whilst trying to navigate the markets
