Intraday Fundamentals
• Lennar Corp. (LEN), the Miami homebuilder, said fourth quarter ending Nov. 30 fell to $674.3 million , or $2.13 a share, from $796.1 million , or $2.42 a share, with revenue rose to $6.97 billion from $6.46 billion . The year-earlier quarter included a 58 cents a share gain on the sale of an investment and asset management platform. Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of $1.90 a share on revenue of $6.51 billion . Lennar reported a 16% increase in the number of home deliveries but a 7% decrease in the average sales price of homes. Its backlog of 15,577 homes had a dollar value of $6.3 billion , down 4%. Lennar expects fiscal 2020 deliveries to be in the range of 54,000 to 55,000 homes, homebuilding gross margin percentage to be in the range of 20.5% to 21.0% and cash flows to continue to accelerate, and it says it will "opportunistically deploy excess cash flow" to repurchase additional debt and return capital to shareholders.

• Look for a flush into 58.50 for a long
• Look for the long at 59 if it begins to show as support at the open
• Short at 60 if it cannot break
• VWAP and SMA Momentum Plays

There was not a lot of tape reading here as this was spready out of the gate for the first hour or so.
Trade Management

Trade Notes
• Scalp long off previous days high, I hesitated on entry but hit VWAP target. I had to leave the screen or i may have tried to chop at this again before get hacked trying to play of 60 for a new HoD.
• I was aggressive on the VWAP bounce play got on a long wick. I did try it again for scratch as it could not hold.
• I just got the opportunity to take one tight as it came into the SMA. I got the partial but a small wine overall
• I tired to catch the next trade a little light on a test of the SMA. I was taking on more risk than usual holding through the test of 59. But, the trade hit target at just a little better than 1 to 1
• I managed to catch this one more time testing VWAP and carried into .84.
• I caught a good short, But, there was no reason to cover this and I needed to be bigger.
• I saw three higher lows on this late in the day. I started to take a tight longs and got tap a couple of times. I finally a runner even all the way back up into the previous days high. The partial on this was a failure and got filled at the entry. I got convinced that this would retake and started hacking it up a bit and moved on before the short become obvious.
