Trade Details:
I entered this trade for a quick entry and exit on momentum. I saw the intraday resistance at 4.48 and when it quickly bounced from a quick drop to 4.17 i used the resistance level as my risk. I got in at 3.37 and added at 4.45 when I saw a wall of sellers on the L2. It quicky started working for me and i took gains at 4.20. I should've left some of my position to eod because it dropped to 4 but i didn't plan for that so i left it alone once i was out. I'm overall happy with this trade, I spotted an opportunity and took it and left. I'm Glad I stuck to my plan.

My Mood Today and How I Dealt With It:
I was somewhat calm, but excited because it was another day of trading.
- I kept calm so I could listen to myself and focus on my trade
- I ate some lunch and walked the dog to clear my head from work in the morning
- I really wanted to focus not being overly excited to trade and just let the trades come to me, if they come.

Comments:
I had a quick automatic reaction when I saw the volume increasing and I created a quick plan to execute the trade with no hesitation. I knew my size as soon as i entered the trade and thought it was a good opportunity to take some gains quick. I didn't know enough about the stock to start holding and swinging this to eod. I was also watching CETX which took some of my focus from this trade.

What I Did Well:
- Read the tape accurately, I identified a wall of sellers on intraday resistance that had already failed 3 times.
- Quickly identified it had PR in the am
- Didn't hesitate to jump on the momentum and make a trade.
- Recognized this stock was now most likely going to reverse.
- Didn't give into the urge to get out right away and make money, I waited for my target and stuck to my plan.
- Took profits; didn't hold and hope for too long after the volume decreased.

What I Didn't do Well:
- I didn't meditate in the morning to make myself feel balanced and better focused.
- I kept watching other stocks once i was in this trade. I need to fully focus on the stock i am in and start working backwards, reading news and sec filings while i'm still in the trade.

How I Will Improve:
- I am going to make a timer to make sure I meditate early in the morning
- I am going to only focus on one stock at a time next week.
- I am going to create a checklist of info I need to know about the stock prior to entering the trade.

Biggest weakness(es)/fault(s) on this trade?:
- Not quickly doing the work to determine if this is a position i could now hold to eod and take gains along the way instead of quickly cutting my trade and leaving more profits on the table.

How I will improve upon these:
- I am going to create a checklist of what i am quickly searching for in the SEC filings so I could have more edge and confidence on my trade.

How I'm Going to do More of What Worked:
- I am going to continue to not hesitate to make a trade once I see an opportunity in the market.

Biggest Lesson(s) Learned:
- I have to be quick if i'm going to catch the momentum and not hesitate to take the trade but also ready to cut the trade it it doesn't work. It was good to see that the stock quickly dropped and quickly bounced back to a resistance level that kept failing intraday and had a wall of sellers on the L2.

What Else I Saw/Almost Traded Real-Time:
- I was watching this stock once I was in the trade but I was also watching CETX that I thought had the potential to squeeze eod. This took a lot of my attention from this trade.

I have a slight edge, therefore I will place little importance on the outcome of the next trade(s). The market is composed of a high degree of randomness and uncertainty. I am not in a battle with the market, the market is not against me - I am merely in a battle against myself whilst trying to navigate the markets
