Play: Double top

Expecting it to break down which it did when it couldn't break over yesterday's lows. When it started squeezing and bouncing, I had it with in mind, if it cannot get above today's highs and yesterday's lows, it would be a double top and a short. Followed plan but got scared when it didn't flush and sold flat.

Very bad discipline, didn't trade plan. Stop was at 7.88 above the two wicks. I didn't follow the plan and left a lot of money on the table. Cannot trade scared and need to trade the set up.
