Anticipate the ORB, that way if it fails you can get out quick with a small loss or just stop out flat.. http://screencast.com/t/bnR3A5Ccf

For an ORB I guess you just scalp it (not expect it to be a home run or anything)?

Yep it's suppose to be a quick trade. It's best to sell half on the spike and keep the other half with a stop at entry price, in case you do get the home run trade.
