Took a position at 3.81 in anticipation of a rip through $4. Did not work, and the stock moved too quickly down and I averaged down at low of the day at the time because there was still momentum to the upside and waited for it to break 3.75 since there was a lot of resistance at that level.
It is important to know what you're risking and also to know how to manage positions. Even though I was down about 30 cents per share, I managed the trade and ended up being profitable.
