What Patti said - but also I knew on the daily chart there was alot of support in this general area. The pullback was also on lower volume. But yes, mostly the 9ema and VWAP were supporting it (as Kunal says, like a push up Bra!)
Which chart do you use ? On my 5-minute chart I can only see it bounces off the 9 ema (but it picks though quite a bit) and it is nowhere near the vwap ?! And can you explain more on how you see there was a lot of support on the daily chart ? Thanks.
I use 2min chart to enter, but I check 5min, 15-min and 30min as well as daily. On the 5min, the VWAP was 27.53, which is very close to where I entered (for a fast moving stock like this was today). In the past couple of weeks, the 27.70-28.20 area (basically $28) has been support (or resistance) on 7 out of 12 days......
Thank you again for the explanation. Thanks to both of you I have just discovered that I have been using the wrong vwap on my chart.
