Bought ridiculously too late as the stock was over 100% and then of course the usual issuance of shares and stock gaped down the following trading but then proceed to run to $17...could've doubled/tripled down on the gap down after the issuance but it would've been a risky strategy.

NOTE
Be leery of going long after a stock is up 100% & also check for S-3
