Opened weak, and couldn't break level. When market cracked, looked to short as it look good for a break of LOD's but got in with stop too tight. Did not take into consideration the spread and got stopped out within seconds.

Don't see the entry here, better spot would have been the break of most recent low i,e 28.24, this way you had confirmation. Or if you had short bias, you could enter on a pop to ma's, this way you reduced risk.

imo you entered in no man's land, too high for confirmation and too low for anticipation.
