TVTY had a big earnings gap down and consolidated nicely. Failing moves higher to recover it seemed like a good short under the range. It was too fast for me at the open, but it came back above and into the range and once i saw failure there, i was in for the short. Got a starter and added lower under another D level + intraday pivot low. Took forever to make a move, Seemed like SPY would influence it, then it wouldnt, then would, and wouldnt. Came very close to stopping me out but i was able to hold out and finally got the drop i was looking for. SPY and markets were strong around the time of the drop so i was not interested in adding, but there was a lot of failure at higher levels that may have made it ok to do so. The tape was another big no for me as i kept seeing large bids come into play. 20k then 10 min later another and another. We didnt continue higher which are reasons to stay in but we kept failing lower which are reasons to not add risk. Overall happy with the result.
