Didn't take my main hypo which was Long 22.32 PVAL = poor decision making under pressure. Should have been much more patient because it was such a huge area. My decision process was slightly compromised because A) my chart was slightly zoomed in so I wasn't seeing the whole context of the day - because I was zoomed in, VWAP looked flat and all I was seeing was a strong selling leg down (not the full context of the day, so this coloured my thinking, compromising my original HYPO resulting in changing plan being tempted by the false break.
Following on from this, because I don't like to make trades straight after being stopped out, I didn't take my original hypo long, even though there were the signals to take it. Whilst this is good trading practice and disciplined, I think because this was such a BIG level, reversing a position in situations like this after a false break should become an instinctual reaction for me and I should not doubt myself and just act (but only in such a big level and with the correct indications)
I missed out on the Long of the year! 22.32 to 28 bucks!!!!
