I was looking for a rejection of .50 and then again of .75 both trades I had to take quick winners on because the momentum I was working with seemed to die quickly on both attempts. This is me trying to anticipate a fluke failure and pushing for a good trade. which means that it is not a good trade.

Reading the tape

It has been hard for me to get good read on the tape. I am thinking that I may need to take some time just watch tape in on demand. I have enough trades and times I can figure out what I am seeing if anything.

Trade Management
Trade Notes
• I had started out working another stock at the open. But, I saw the action on this on the secondary screen as switched over as it started VWAP and tried to take the break of resistance on strong momentum.
• I was trying to play both sides of the VWAP line as I was uncertain of direction. I took small wins because of some tight stops. Because, I am couple days past this event. I want to say I should have stuck with my long bias when playing of VWAP. However, looking closer...opening move was down, both other attempts to break were meet with rejection and it was looking to fail again this time. I got lucky to notice enough change in character to bail out on the short.
• I got larger here. Usually as I size up as the volatility decreases, I do trade apprehensively and it shows here. I held this for 15 seconds and really did not have a reason to sell other than the choppy action that is in the market right now.
• I was looking for a rejection of .50 and then again of .75 both trades I had to take quick winners on because the momentum I was working with seemed to die quickly on both attempts. This is me trying to anticipate a fluke failure and pushing for a good trade. which means that it is not a good trade.
• I was anticipating the break of .50 and then did not hold for the run up. I was honestly looking for 10 cents off 4 cents of risk. I find myself thinking to small like this a lot. I should have take the partial here at .50 but I think it would have got tapped out before the run up anyway.
