can't beat these NYSE halts so you may as well join em..more often than not they get faded
i'm not sure if there was a big offer at 18 or not but the idea was
that there wasn't breaking news and it didn't seem THAT strong so I figured it would come off (since it opened right where it halted) and then I could risk off the highs, it prettymuch faded right away shaved off most of it real quick then trail stopped the rest
