Put in a base after a strong morning, held the 3.6 level. Once volume came in, I got in. A bit of a chase but had some good potential. It stalled and then stopped me out. Kept bringing stop tighter and tighter as it kept going my way but just couldn't break out. Was expecting a rip so if it didn't go pretty fast, this would have been a failed break out which is what happened.

I was really close to making this exact same trade. I didn't like how far away I would have been from support (exactly where you entered basically), so I decided to wait and see what happened. That next candle made me glad I held back.

You made the right decision! I just couldn't resist as it can run quite a bit and having tapped 4 a couple times on the daily, I thought it would run to 4, consolidate and have a third intra-day tap so I was risking 14 cents (with original stop loss) to make 25 cents (give or take). But it just reversed on a dime lol
