Trade Details:
I haven't traded in about 2 months, I had to deal with some other investment ventures that is finally done and i'm just glad i could get back to a trading routine.

I entered this trade once I saw the price rejected a push to test the hod approaching PH. Once it rejected the push at 14:21 on a 3 min candle i decided to short and risk the reclaim at 10.55. My target was VWAP and leave some for eod if it cracked below. The news was also on the bear side. It took longer then I thought but I stuck to my plan and it worked out.

My Mood Today and How I Dealt With It:
I was somewhat excited to get back to trading ,I was feeling focused and ready to make a trade.
- I kept calm so I could listen to myself and focus on my trade but on this first day back i had distractions at home that I had to try to block out
- I ate some lunch and started scanning the market to see to what was in play for the afternoon.
- I really wanted to focus on not being overly excited to trade and follow the 3 rules I set for myself this week. Trade after 2:30..bc of my day job, 1 stock at a time and 3 tries and move on, I also gave myself a max loss for the day.

Comments:
I was a bit nervous of this play because the stock was grinding up all day and forming a intraday bull flag approaching PH. I watched the price action and saw it was getting heavy after the 3 min candle rejection. I was thinking of a quick pull to VWAP but It took longer then I thought but I just stuck to my plan and took gains.

What I Did Well:
- I identified a play that had potential to be a quick trade with a pull back to VWAP.
- Quickly identified its PR
- Didn't give into the urge to get out right away, I waited for my target and stuck to my plan
- Took profits; didn't hold and hope overnight
- I had patience on this trade.
- I didn't break any of my rules

What I Didn't do Well:
- I should've added when the stock came back to retest my entry and didn't break
- I didn't meditate in the morning to make myself feel balanced and better focused.
- I didn't exercise in the morning
- i didn't scan the SEC filing for more info

How I Will Improve:
- I am going to make a timer to make sure I meditate early in the morning tomorrow
- I'm going to exercise
- I am going to continue to follow my 3 rules this week and focus on just making a good trade everyday.
- I am going to pay attention to my emotions so i don't start over trading.

Biggest weakness(es)/fault(s) on this trade?:
- I didn't add another tier

How I will improve upon these:
- I am going to focus on where I can add to my risk if its responsible to do so with the right size with risk.

How I'm Going to do More of What Worked:
- I am going to continue to not break my rules and just focus on making a good trade without getting emotional about it.

Biggest Lesson(s) Learned:
- Stick to my plan and add more tiers if i could.

What Else I Saw/Almost Traded Real-Time:
- I was also watching AKER with its low float squeeze. This was actually my main watch but it happened before 2:30 and i missed the opportunity because i really wanted to stick to my rule. I had it perfectly planned out but it was executed before my rule on time. Maybe I should keep an eye on this to see if its a stupid rule. It prevented me from a really nice trade on the gap fill from 4.14 to 5.50, this pissed me off a bit.

I have a slight edge, therefore I will place little importance on the outcome of the next trade(s). The market is composed of a high degree of randomness and uncertainty. I am not in a battle with the market, the market is not against me - I am merely in a battle against myself whilst trying to navigate the markets.
