I needed to stick with the first long this made up with what seems to be trading on tilt with very low conviction.

Trading Strategy
• Long or short this on the earliest test of VWAP play this side that approaches
• VWAP and SMA momentum plays
I was looking to take the bounce off 147.40 expecting it to test 147.40( a level i had off the hourly chart)I started a little late using .25 as a spot and again. I had couple entries a little lower. I am prepared to play levels like this. But, after the rejection on the first run up to .25, I needed to be looking for something closer to the actual level of 147. Instead of trying the long every time it came to the top of the potential breakout range.
Wow... I was in great shape here. This was a home run ball with some good self-talk and some breathing. I was to take this off the prior day high. I have seen this trade work many times. it is a simple gap fill trade. RVR on these are good. I will work on being a little more focused on actually seeing this as it happens.
This one hurt. I was aggressive on this attempt. One small add at .95ish would have been okay. However, I think that there was enough on the tape that I should have bailed when it continued to bounce of VWAP support
I hit SMA momentum short on this as it was playing with re taking 149.50. I was in with the right size to get a good runner and did not size down I tapped out on the quick win and then tried a couple more times with a couple of losses. I got a taped read short a little later as thsi broke above 149.50 with some force. I took the short as the momentum faded looking for 149.50 and holding to 149.46. for a solid tape read and short back into the most recent support level.
All and all I traded this really bad around 147. It was costly and I need to watch my emotions when I am behind for the day or bailed out on a home run trade. This cost me my week more or less.
