Reason For Entry:

• Playing 2h chart. CATS is in a pattern of consolidation below its ATH. TTM squeeze on the 2h chart. Order filled at the buy zone (8ema) risking 1% of portfolio. Can add to trade at 21ema area. Looking for a move to ATH.

Reason For Exit:

• CATS faded in price and closed below the 21ema. I closed the trade as it looked heavy and closed below the 8ema and 21ema (showing weakness)

Recap:

• The entry was correct (at 8ema and then added at 21ema). Price faded and was fixing to closed below the 8ema and 21ema. Followed my rules and closed the trade for a loss. I traded this one with too much risk as I was trying to get myself back from the big loss I had accrued this week. Will need to manage my trades better in terms of position sizing. Will learn from this and be more mindful of position sizing. This is a numbers game and need to be consistent!
