Missed the massive spike before the halt and then the other massive spikes after it unhalted. I sat with my hands crossed and just watching price action. I knew that buying anywhere in strength was a chase. I even wrote it on paper and taped next to where I sit DON'T CHASE. What a coincidence that I saw Roland Wolf's dvd and in his bootcamp he mentions that he began to see success when he started to dip buy instead of buying into strength. He sells into strength and 90% of traders probably chase and end up losing in the long run. I could have avoided this loss, but stayed disciplined 100%. Waited for a better entry with more sound r/r rather than chasing and also used the smallest size because I wasn't to sure of another spike, but knew tht there was a potential for it.
