Trading Strategy
• A long at 129 would be a high conviction set up trying to line the stop up with yesterday’s HoD
• If 130 seems weak hold for 129 and look for a long with the higher conviction
• Find short levels if this does start to trend down after 9 am( re plan
• Short 134 if it spike to that on the open for the short scalp coming back into the opening range, VWAP or the SMA.
• If you bail on this short at the SMA and it bounces from there follow the momentum long using the SMA as the stop.
Reading the Tape

I took the first trade on watching the flush just below 131.50 come a stop with a slight stall. I caught the strength at 129 on the tape as well but was really late and the weakness coming back into 130. There are a couple of times in the afternoon I felt that the tape was in favor of taking a position. The nest stall reads were early.

Trade Notes

I was watching this coming out of the gate. I watched as the momentum continue to push it a litle lower and then watched as this flush almost all the way to 131. ALthough, I did not see the trades that occurred there as they were quick. I marketed in trying to get 131.35 and got filled at .51 with the quick spike and failure at 131 I took off the scalp.
I took this with tape coming off 130. I need to hold this all the way into VWAP if I could.
I saw similar action with this coming off 129. Plus, I felt this was support long coming off 129. But, still took this on a 10/20. I stayed pretty small way to long this morning.
This was a solid bounce play of a stronger level that I had lined out. This should have set me up to look for the short as it came back into this level.
I took this trade as it came across the SMA. It looked like it had found some support on the tape around 129.35. I set it up on a 7 verses 14. this left me with risk at $0.49 which tapped out at $0.15 for the two for one.
I took the trade at 9:00 AM on momentum. I was actually a little late to the game looking for a break of 129 gave it $0.20 worth of full risk and got tapped out on that .I would go on to play this level for the next few minutes back and forth and start to tilt. Over the next few trades, I'd flip back and forth and get a little too big. I managed giving up all my morning wins. But, thanks to a couple large trades, I hacked back most of the losses. These were highly emotional and not traded well as much as timed right.
I would finally walk away from this and take a break.
I came back from a break and a run. I got sta back down a little early. I had not planned on taking a trade for a bit yet. Until this change character on the prior day level that I hacked myself up on before. I had decent size to enter and was running a 10/20. This let me take half off at 10 cents and try to work the rest which was really just a home run and I should have taken a be stop on the last 10 shares keeping me out of trades the rest of the afternoon.
I spent a little bit of time in trying to work 126.50 as well with three losers in a row. I do not believe that I had any read on the tape and no real game plan. I just felt this was overdone even I had another level coming up at 125.30 that would eventually get hit.
