The ORP is a momentum set up this stock is just a stock that's flagging in a range right now so when a stock is in a range is going to go to the top of the range and then back to the bottom of the range and pop back and forth between the range you can't do in OR be in the middle of the range and expect results once a Back to 78 you have a double bottom you can buy the bottom of the range and then sell it the 8150 which is the top of the range of the flag
