After shorting it once, I expected it to tap HOD but it failed at 2.90 and cracked with volume past ema's and VWAP. Got in for the flush and markets were also breaking down intraday but once again, stalled and never broke down so got out because it was moving too slow and the move should have been faster.

Reason to sell: time, lack of panic
