Missed on earnings and I believe one of the executives had resign.. Had this on the watchlist last night.

set up: ORB
shares :100
entry: 15.36
stop: 15.60 (VWAP as resistance).

The stock spiked up at the open.. I didnt have a set up to short or a way to manage my risk so I decided to do an short it once it broke low with a stop at 15.60 (vwap). I jumped the gun a bit as 15.30 was the low. My target was the 52-week low 14.40. risking .26 to get possible .90+.It actually flushed under 14 but I was busy with HLF.
