Value Play on company that is initiating stock buy back. Low volume. When interest picks up, should skyrocket. 150 shares moved it .02 on 11/10/14. Company has cash. Financials look good. They seem to want to keep the price down for the share buyback that the BOD approved. When they initiate it is yet to be seen. They might be the ones scaling in now buying on what seems to be a month and a half of consolidation.
