sold this way too soon because I saw a little profit on the table. Could've kept this for a MUCH larger profit. I need to counteract my desire to just sell when I see profit of any kind.

Ideally you would want to jump in this trade a bit earlier (2.30ish) as it starting to come out of its flag, giving you chance to manage your risk better.. but you had the right right idea, entry just needed to be better.
