Once the stock spiked up to resistance at $17.00 level it dropped down and I was seeing the set up as a pull back play. Once the second candle going up was green I entered with a loose stop at 20 cents or so. It ended up being a short downtrend and I stopped out once it dropped passed $16.80.
The stock never showed any signs of a strong uptrend and I should've seen the resistance level by checking the daily before I considered entering.
