knew this was just another chinese low floater being manipulated but didnt short the 2 spikes off open. Still a nice short of bottom of flag.

Great question RawT. So my entry here was sub-optimal. I typically like to short pops, like ones at 9:35-9:38 and 9:57-10:01, while taking profits into flushes. So here I knew my entry was a chase into a flush so I put on about a third of a position fully expecting it to go against me at the start. If there wasnt much else going and i could focus on this i probably would not have put anything on and waited for a bounce or bear flag to initiate. After entry i put stop for 1k/3k at $6.81 (the opening print was $6.75 so a 6 cent cushion above that. If you look at the 1 min chart you can see a bunch of wicks off that level which tells me thats a battle ground price for buyers and sellers). At that point vwap was at $7.08 so I had a mental stop other 2k on a break back above vwap. Luckily at 10:11 that $6.75 proved to be resistance again and it went sideways for another 15mins forming a nice bear flag with support in the $5.90s. At 10:26-10:27 that support broke and i added.

Awesome Trade! This was sweet! If may I ask, when you got short @$5.91, you held through the next 23 mins, which during that time, price had actually got up to $6.73, thats 82 cents away from your entry. Where did you have your stop on this? I’m so intrigued by how well you read the chart and price action, just would like to see how you go about your stops. Thanks Dp!
