Two trades. First one was a $25 loss and the other a small $8.75 loss.
I was expecting a day-long consolidation breakout and I was trying to dip buy. I guess I was a little early the first time, but I thought it was going to break out any moment. Instead it broke down and hit my stop loss.
Then I bought again, with my stop at $45.90. It's too tight of a stop and I'm not sure how I picked it. When the price didn't break out right away, I exited the trade before my stop would be hit. Later the stock broke out...
I should've used a looser stop on the second trade and considered where the price support was.
