Yes. I noticed I've been trading better when I can get up at the crack of dawn also to catch all of the pre-market for watch list. When I don't my trades have been off. How about you?
Yeah I'm up at 6am every morning. Having a consistence routine helps you stay organized. I check the morning gap up, gap down and see how the price action is moving to get a feel on how the trade my trade during the day.
