Hi there
I am mostly playing two patterns, intraday parabolic shorts and intraday parabolic longs. They make up 90-95% of my trading. you see that if you flip through my trades.
These are not fully based on BOWS teachings.
As tag states - this (GPRO) was not a set-up really. It was close to a parabolic long, but my size was too large, not all criteria (BB, RSI, Stochastic) were met, and it was pretty early in day.
BOWS has many good set-ups an their teachings add value, however, I feel like one has to "make set-ups your own" and adjust it to the way you are comfortable putting money at risk.

What pattern were you trading - bounce? If so you should have waiting for confirmation when price crossed above the 9ma on the 1min. You bought too early and yes more patience.
